Daneita, is a Certified Personal Trainer accredited by NASM, as well as a Nutrition coach. Recognizing the significance of making transformative changes, Daneita is dedicated to aiding her clients in achieving well-defined goals. She does this by tailoring workouts to suit individual needs, pinpointing what does and does not yield results for their unique bodies, and incorporating effective strength training techniques.
Daneita is adept at optimizing workouts to fit into tight schedules. She understands the value of making fitness accessible and achievable for people with demanding lifestyles. She focuses on helping clients find a fitness routine, strength development, and high-intensity interval training workouts that are both enjoyable and efficient, providing a rewarding challenge that remains manageable.
